Penny Stock Profit - my new page!

Amazon FBA - 200th Sale

I recently made my 200th sale on Amazon.com! I started my Amazon selling business less than one year ago and I have been pretty happy with it. Over the warm weather months I was mostly sourcing my inventory from yard sales.

Most Saturday mornings I would check Craigslist for nearby sales, load the addresses into my GPS and go for a drive. I learned by making a few mistakes but I also made some great scores. I found a new Black and Decker tool at a yard sale for $5 and sold it immediately for $99. Now I regularly buy the same item on Ebay, although at a much higher price, and resell it on Amazon. The margin is smaller but the item almost always sells very quickly.

Since the warm weather is supposed to show up soon (spring starts in two days even though it was ten degrees this morning) so I will be hitting the yard sales and also working to located products from wholesalers. Can't wait!

The Fitness Center Handbook

My last post was fitness related and I wanted to continue with the fitness theme here again. The last time I checked on Amazon.com The Fitness Center Handbook had all 5 Star reviews. I like that of course!

I remember the day way back in 1988 when I sat in the shade of a large tree in my backyard and sat down to begin to write. About two years ago I worked on the second edition. I did some updated, clarified some points and published it as a Kindle book on Amazon.

The book essentially outlines some vital points for people involved in a serious fitness training program, particulary strength training with free weights or machines. The general concepts outlined are based on the high intensity principles as originally developed by Arthur Jones (inventor of Nautilus equipment) and mentioned in serveral good books by Dr. Ellington Darden.

The majority of people involved in weight training use poor form and lack high intenstiry effort. The purpose of the book is to improve one's form, increase intensity and improve fitness results.

New Stuff at SuperMuscular.com

After not doing any work on it for some time, I have finally been fixing up my original fitness site SuperMuscular.com. There is a new theme, very clean looking and lots of new content. While working out at my gym one morning I noticed a women doing chin-ups, quite uncommon to see a women doing that exercise.

This reminded me that even though my gym does not seem to have many, there are lots of women you like to train hard and benefit from high intensity strength training. This lead me to add lots of stuff on my site for Weight Training for Women section. I actually found a very well written and authoritative training program for women at Iron-Dolls.com Well researched and written by an accomplished female. bodybuilder. Online Marketing - Social Media and Traffic Tips!

I can't believe that I have not posted here in over a month! I guess I have been busy (meaning the trout fishing season is starting!). High Intensity Training Tips

I Just added something new to my lens on High Intensity Training Tips. This is a Youtube video tribute to Dave Mastorakis. I met Dave as as senior in college. He was working at the Nautilus Fitness Center where I did an internship. He actually trained me some and put me through my first real high intensity training workout. The video is kind of neat.

Ice Fishing anyone?

Here we are in the dead of winter and many people are enjoying great ice fishing. However in my area the weather has not yet cooperated with ice anglers. We did have some folks out on the local lake a few weeks back but since thean it has been to mild for good ice. Hopefully the next few weeks will get cold so we can enjoy some successful ice fishing.

Five Corners Vermont - a Ghost Town?

The now abandoned village of Five Corners, Vermont holds a special place in my family's history. My parents visited there many years ago and my mother was so fascinated with the story that she wrote an article about it. Fly Fishing in New England

As an avid fly fisherman I really enjoy providing folks with helpful information on this wonderful sport. I have been fly fishing in New England for most of my life and I have had some great experiences and learned about some of the best areas. The Berkshires in Mass, the Green Mountains in Vermont and the White Mountains in NH are all really good with many streams and pond that offer good trout fishing. The region of northern Maine may actually be my favorite. Along with fine brook trout fishing there are many areas that have great landlocked Salmon fishing. The fish are so much fun to fish for.
