After not doing any work on it for some time, I have finally been fixing up my original fitness site SuperMuscular.com. There is a new theme, very clean looking and lots of new content. While working out at my gym one morning I noticed a women doing chin-ups, quite uncommon to see a women doing that exercise.
This reminded me that even though my gym does not seem to have many, there are lots of women you like to train hard and benefit from high intensity strength training. This lead me to add lots of stuff on my site for Weight Training for Women section. I actually found a very well written and authoritative training program for women at Iron-Dolls.com Well researched and written by an accomplished female. bodybuilder.
