Online Marketing - Social Media and Traffic Tips!

I can't believe that I have not posted here in over a month! I guess I have been busy (meaning the trout fishing season is starting!).  One of the other  things that has kept me busy (although it does not take much time) is using the great Cashblurbs system to get social media traffic to my sites. http://tinyurl.com/agopun7 is the link to watch an excellent video that explains how Twitter and Facebook will sent lots of people to your sites..... how cool is that!

High Intensity Training Tips

He was working at the Nautilus Fitness Center where I did an internship. He actually trained me some and put me through my first real high intensity training workout. The video is kind of neat.

Here we are in the dead of winter and many people are enjoying great ice fishing. However in my area the weather has not yet cooperated with ice anglers. We did have some folks out on the local lake a few weeks back but since thean it has been to mild for good ice. Hopefully the next few weeks will get cold so we can enjoy some successful ice fishing.

The warm summer weather is a long way off but I know that once it gets here I will be able to get in lots of good bass fishing. I am fortunate to live in an area with many excellent lake and streams that are full of big hungry bass.

Five Corners Vermont - a Ghost Town?

The now abandoned village of Five Corners, Vermont holds a special place in my family's history. My parents visited there many years ago and my mother was so fascinated with the story that she wrote an article about it.
